The main house consists of a large living room with comfortable sofas and a 55 '' Samsung Smart TV with satellite reception, equipped kitchen: 2 fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms.
The annex consists of a further living-dining room with 32 '' TV with satellite reception (no smart), 2 double bedrooms (1 of these can be transformed into 2 single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms.

Une belle résidence avec une vue spectaculaire
Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans cette villa, la communication avant notre arrivĂ©e ainsi que durant tout la semaine a vraiment Ă©tĂ© facilitĂ©e par lâagence. Ils ont Ă©tĂ© prĂ©sent et nâont pas hĂ©sitĂ© Ă se dĂ©placer plusieurs fois pour les quelques rĂ©glages demandĂ©s.
La villa est conforme aux photos, la vue panoramique donne un cachet incontestable Ă cette location, la piscine est propre et bien apprĂ©ciĂ©e avec les tempĂ©ratures que nous avons eues, quelques transats (la maison en dispose de 4 pour 8 personnes) supplĂ©mentaires auraient Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©s. La literie est correcte, il manque cependant quelques ustensiles de cuisine (nombre de couverts insuffisant). LâĂ©lectromĂ©nager style bouilloire, grille pain, cafetiĂšreâŠpourrait ĂȘtre un peu plus moderne. Les salles de bain restent Ă©troites. Nous avons essentiellement profitĂ© des extĂ©rieurs, la maison offre une grande terrasse ensoleillĂ©e mais aussi une plus petite qui permet dâapprĂ©cier le coucher de soleil, ainsi quâune terrasse ombragĂ©e.
La maison est situĂ© dans un village trĂšs calme, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le silence du matin au soir. Quelques supĂ©rettes permettent de sâalimenter sans avoir besoin de faire beaucoup de route, il y a Ă©galement des restaurants, poissonniers, maraĂźcher⊠pour ce qui est des activitĂ©s style plongĂ©es ou visites il faudra faire au moins 25 minutes de voiture pour se rendre Ă la ville Ă la plus proche.
Nous avons passé une semaine trÚs agréable.

Haus in Wunderschöner Umgebung
Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön, insbesondere die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Der Pool ist groĂ, nur leider Ende September noch nicht beheizt. Das Haus ist von der Raumaufteilung sehr schön. Leider war es insgesamt nicht so sauber. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sehr verschmutzt und die SchrĂ€nke in der KĂŒche klebten vor Fett. Etwas mehr Besteck war von Vorteil. Die Gartenmöbel alle aus Plastik; so das wir zweimal bei Unwetter die Gartenmöbel im Pool wiederfanden. Der Agent/Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften schon mittags einchecken und durften am Abreisetag bis 17.00 Uhr bleiben!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr viel Platz! Der Pool ist ein Traum mit schönem Blick auf das Meer!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Das Haus liegt sehr schöne und man hat vom Pool einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Das GrundstĂŒck ist nicht einsehbar und man kann entspannt im Pool plantschen. Ein Supermarkt und Supermarkt sind in der NĂ€he und haben gut Auswahl. Zum Strand kann man wenn man möchte laufen oder man fĂ€hrt auf den nĂ€chsten Parkplatz innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir durften sogar schon frĂŒher die Koffer im Haus unterstellen. Die Grillabende waren fantastisch! Mit Blick auf das Meer! Es war einfach traumhaft! Immer wieder gerne! Vielen Dank und viele GrĂŒĂe Steffen
