Private off-road parking for three cars is included.

This self-contained coastal villa features a private front entrance, exclusive garden, and private driveway for your use only. The interior blends traditional charm with comfort and space, including:

- 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms (Sleeps 7)

- 2 modern bathrooms plus separate cloakroom

- Fully equipped kitchen

- Bright and spacious living room & dining area

- Stylish sunroom overlooking the garden - perfect for morning coffee or evening wine

While we love both little ones and furry friends, our property isn’t suitable for children or pets due to safety considerations and the peaceful nature of the space. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

If we're not available to greet you, the home will be ready and unlocked with keys inside.

The newly built luxury garden room is accessible via the courtyard - perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a glass of wine in the sun.

We respect your privacy but are always nearby if you need anything during your stay.

My husband and I live in the upstairs villa, completely separate with our own entrance and private garden. The only shared area is the front driveway - there are up to three parking spaces available for your use if needed.

Scotland golf adventure

Hosts June and John were wonderful. Set us up for breakfasts and the local area. Very friendly easily accessible both when arriving during the stay and as we left. Exploring Scotland

Our first visit to Scotland and Troon was delightful. Our Hostess had the home sweetly decorated with fresh flowers in many of the rooms and treats of goodies and fresh fruit! Plenty of room for all (6 plus baby), walking distance to golf, the beach and the downtown. Lovely linen and comfy beds, charming sunroom with all the extras. It was evident much thought and care was spent preparing for our visit. Hope to visit again! Many thanks.

Wonderful Host, House and Location

Our stay was wonderful and June was a very attentive "host" who even left some Scottish groceries to start our stay. The location was wonderful, house was perfect for our family needs and the highlight was sitting out in the "conservatory" with the fire burning at night. Highly recommend!

Lovely beachside vacation spot

This is a lovely flat, right next to the beach, close to everything. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen amenities were amazing. Great TV and wifi and you could hear the ocean waves at night. June is a fabulous host!

We had a long weekend here as a family group. The house is excellent - close to beach and shops, and equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a short or long stay. We are hoping to visit again later this year. Thank you - we had a lovely time!

Beautiful apartment

Very clean, larger than expected and well equipped apartment. Brilliant location in Troon just by the beach and easy walking distance to all the places to eat in the village. Great for those travelling with a four legged friend. June made us feel part of the family and on hand for any questions. Would definitely recommend this holiday home.

Wonderful home and host!

Stayed here with 3 friends for a golf trip. We were able to walk to Royal Troon from the home. Excellent accommodations with basically everything you need for a very comfortable stay. June and her husband John could not have been more hospitable. Truly lovely people and enjoyed sharing a dram with them. Communication throughout the entire rental process was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Super "Wee Hoose", great location and very helpul owner

We spent 3 nights at the "Wee Hoose" on our way to the Highlands. The house is in a premium location on South Beach, with superb views and with a garden (with rear gate) backing right on to the beach area. The house itself was just right for our needs. Three good sized bedrooms on the ground floor with reception rooms having views to Ailsa Craig and Arran. The house was spotless and very well equipped, including toiletries and we very much appreciated June's welcoming gifts. All in all it was a very relaxing stay. June went out of her way to be helpful, including lending our teenage boys some bikes so they had extended Pokemon hunting range! We understand that the Wee Hoose is being sold, but that June has another property on South Beach. If we came back to Troon we would certainly look to book with June if we could.

Perfect golf Holiday

We were a groupe of 6 golf friends staying at June and John's Holiday home middle from june 11th to 19th. We were very well welcomed and stayed in this perfectly well situated house along the south beach road of Troon. Close to town and just a few steps from the beach, this Holiday home was perfect. Golfs all around the area are fantastic including the 3 public courses just 500meters from the house. June and John were fantastic hosts giving us all the information we needed during our stay. We will for sure be back if coming in this area. Thank you :-).

Lovely weekend

Made to feel very welcome and felt very much at home at 60 South Beach. We were very lucky with the weather too and managed to have walks along the beach. Welcome pack for guests in the kitchen very much appreciated and saves you worrying about tea/coffee, milk etc. when you arrive. The Prosecco too was greatly enjoyed by the girls. Laura
