Inside, you'll find 2 queen beds with fresh linens, a dresser for storage, and a clean bathroom with a standard shower. The kitchenette includes a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a single-burner cooktop-perfect for simple meals or morning coffee at the dining table by the window. A smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi make it easy to unwind after a day outdoors.
The casita stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Outside, you can enjoy a quiet spot to take in the view or watch the colors shift across the lake and surrounding cliffs.
You're only steps from the Dam Site Marina, where guests can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Pontoon boats are available 2.5 miles north at our sister marina, Marina Del Sur. It's one of the few places in the region where you can stay close to the water and get on the lake without hauling gear or driving across town. With easy access to the shoreline, boat ramps, and walking areas, this casita makes a simple, convenient home base for lake days, fishing trips, or a peaceful getaway in southern New Mexico's desert landscape.
