nasty
Posted Mar. 5, 2024 on HomeAwaythe complex was good we had an old outdated rental. short on needed utensils, we bought skillet, and kitchen utensils. furnished with estate/garage furniture. The bare light bulb was the bathroom lighting, and the exhaust fan didn't work. Only one key in the lock box and the lock on the door knob was disabled, only the dead bolt worked. this particular rental I would not recommend to anyone.

Poor
Posted Mar. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayPositives: comfortable bed and very nice neighbors
Negatives: Casita backs up to Interstate - 19. Highway is elevated so very noisy/vibration due to alot of trucks. Kitchen was poorly stocked - no large knives, dull serrated steak knives that cannot be sharpened, random things with no use in the closet, scrached old teflon frying pan. Had to borrow needed cookware and knives from neighbors. Old bath towels with threadbare face clothes, no bath mat.
NO pool key - called property manager who brought it over finally. No pride of ownership and poor property management. Poor value for the cost

Same problem as previous reviews!
Posted Mar. 10, 2023 on HomeAwayI noted the comments from other guest and emailed prop mgr about my arrival the day before. This was a one-week booking. Sure enough -- same complaint: not ONE square of toilet paper or paper towel in the whole place! Why would the housekeeping person leave an empty TP dispenser and ZERO extra rolls in the closet or under the sink?!? So after travelling all day, I had to go back out and buy TP at the store. This is Vacation Rental 101 folks. Get.it.right!

Overrated and overpriced
Posted Nov. 11, 2021 on HomeAwayIt felt like a motel suite rather than a rental home
I arrived to find not one sheet of toilet tissue, an almost empty paper towel, no hand soap in bathroom, and three dishwasher pods, and extra linens and towels in garbage bags on closet floor
And this was for several week stay . I left without spending one night

low on amenities and staples
Posted Jun. 7, 2021 on HomeAwayThe location was fine since we have family in Sahuarita and enjoy Green Valley. The rental was clean but did not have adequate staples; i.e. one roll of toilet paper, two towels and one wash cloth for 5 days, low soap...etc; I'm not accustomed to having to purchase our own TP, soap, etc; Also, the lockbox was stuck and we couldn't get the key to get in. We had to wait for someone to come and get it open. Not fun after a long day of travel.

Fool Me Once
Posted Dec. 21, 2020 on HomeAwayThis was an over priced, noisy and dirty rental. It borders highway 19. We could not know the address until we paid first. The floors were not mopped. The smoke alarm voice alert sounded every 60 sec. The handyman texted that he would rather come the next morning. We went and bought batteries and fiddled with it for half an hour. There is no cable TV. You must be tech savvy to get anything. The pictures appeared to have a patio, but there is only a shared courtyard.

Green Valley Townhome w/Resort Amenities
Posted Apr. 26, 2020 on HomeAwayThe property is well maintained but dated. The townhome is located in a a central location very near GV Recreation and groceries. The highway is a block over and can be easily accessed. The only problem I had was finding the key when we arrived in the dark. It was not on the door handle but rather on the bars over the window. There were no lights on so a flashlight or phone was needed.

The right place for us
Posted Jul. 8, 2019 on HomeAwayThe property was clean, and just the right size for me and my 2 big dogs. It was quiet even though it was right next to the interstate. I got to see a javelina right by the parking spaces. Of which there were plenty. I hope to be able to stay there again.
