Couldn’t check in at check in time. Had to wait until 4PM to get into the room after a 16 hour drive. Once we got into the room we noticed flies near the bathroom area. Throughout our 3 day stay the flies seemed to multiply. No point complaining to the staff because it feels like they are just going through the motions and don’t really care. I stay here because it’s convenient.

Rooms were not done at check in and didn’t get in until 3:30pm. Refrigerator was making a knocking noise was told it was going to be taken care of it wasn’t until I had to say something again. Then I fell at the property and was injured. Informed desk and they seemed like they didn’t care. I’m putting a picture of where I fell.
This was very deep should have had rocks or a step there.

The room itself wasn’t bad and the beds are comfortable but the bathroom is disgusting. There are bugs in the shower, some are alive and some are dead. The fan that automatically comes on when you turn the bathroom light on is ridiculously loud and the lighting in the bathroom is so bad that it will be impossible for me to put any makeup on in there and I can’t stand to hear that fan while trying to get ready. For the price of this room, I expected a lot better.

Yes, the property was very clean. Very neat. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and I have no complaints. My room is very nice and I enjoy to stay very much. I definitely go back and recommend it to anybody.

DO NOT STAY BEST WESTERN

The room was awful, beds were terrible, one lamp by the bed attached to the wall was only attached by cord, hanging from wall. Fridge, didn't work at all, smelled awful and was dirty! The closet door would not open on one side, so you had to squeeze a shoulder in to hang stuff from one side. Complained the hour after checking in about the fridge AND LITERALLY GOT A SHRUG, from manager and he offered for us to use the breakfast fridge in the lobby!!! Checked out the next am a whole day earlier and complained again and got NO REPLY AT ALL!

We've stayed here for 7 years while our kids attended college nearby. It always seemed a nice and reasonably priced alternative with a consistently kind staff. However, last December that changed.It had many construction workers, that for reasons beyond me, would back their trucks in, start the engines, and leave the engine running 3-4 hours - all while spraying the rooms with exhaust fumes. We said something then they went in their rooms and then we could hear them many doors down well into the night. We thought that a freak occurrence until our recent trip in August - and it was a carbon copy. On top of that, the previously very kind staff seems to have left. Upon checking in we were greeted with the coffee machine was broken. No big deal. My wife asked if it would be possible to get hot water at breakfast for her tea - and they said "sure, no problem." However, the next morning, taking them up on the kind offer from check-in, she was greeted with "no -- I'd have to make that" - in a rude, put-out tone that she even asked for such a thing. So we progress to the breakfast and it was completely cleaned out; nothing left. We head outside and the construction workers are congregated early in the morning, smoking weed (likely why they were so hungry). I wrote hotel before posting this note and gave them a few weeks to respond, but with them seemingly not caring, I thought I would post this to save others from the trouble. Go elsewhere!

Room was clean, staff were very kind and helpful. Property was quiet and well maintained. My only two minor gripes are that the coffee machine was broken both days, and there was what appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceiling. Those were small things, overall I enjoyed my stay.
