Overall it was a good stay. We booked 3 nights in a suite with a pullout couch, just to get out of the house for fall break and do daily activities around Tulsa. The front desk staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast is what you’d expect for hotel, the waffle maker was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again. Our room had an….odd smell. Not particularly bad, almost like someone was cooking something that was very heavily seasoned. But it lingered throughout the entire stay.

The laundry room was out of order. The rooms are very outdated with stains on the walls and mold in the bathroom with a weird smell.

Had the room reserved for an entire week while our children showed animals at the fair. Room was filthy when we arrived an had to have it cleaned again. Kept finding food an other items from previous guest. Manager kept making excuses the whole time we were there. Staff tried to enter our room three times while we had the DND on the door but when asked to clean while we were gone no one came in. We had to get our own toiletries, trash liners, even offered to vacuum our room but was told no. Second to the last night we were there we found a cockroach in our kitchen area of our room. Again was met with excuses a told she let two HK go but seen same said HK’s there the next morning confronted manager again to let her know we would definitely be contacting corporate.

Stayed here a few years back and it was great. This round was horrible! Double booked our room, we weren’t the only ones double booked either. Stayed 5 nights and our room was barely touched once and that was after I had to throw a fit with management. My husband asked for clean towels and wash rags and were told they didn’t have any. The entire property was gross. Will never stay at this property again.

The staff was ok & available if there’s an issue. The property is clean. The room was ok, it was someone dirty clothing in the closet from the previous guest. The beds were clean. Room had a little scent but not an unbearable odor. Issues with the room key not working the entire time we was there. Random sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot.
