Dwell Well is ideally located for quick access to the best of Midtown Tulsa, including Brookside, Cherry Street, Expo, and the Gathering Place. This 500 sq. ft. daylight basement studio features a private exterior entry and is accessed through a separate door. The unit includes dedicated guest parking in the driveway and a fenced-in private patio, offering a peaceful retreat away from the main house. Please note, as this studio is located beneath a family home, some noise from above may be heard.

We are a dog-friendly home! We allow one dog per stay with a $100 pet fee (plus tax), which covers deep cleaning and ozone treatments to ensure the home remains allergen-free for future guests. Perfect location for our weekend getaway. Property was just as listed and the neighborhood was so pretty. We had rain for our weekend so couldn’t enjoy the lovely outdoor space. Stayed here for a brief midweek business trip. The unit is a walk out half basement below the main home, but your entrance is completely away from other common entries. The comments about the access are accurate, this is not a property for anyone with mobility issues. That being said if you are in decent shape this is a great location, safe neighborhood, great value for the money.

Thanksgiving Escape

My husband and I loved staying here over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect oasis from a busy week. We enjoyed the large, studio-style setup of the apartment. The owners provided everything we needed from tiny creamers for coffee, well labeled drawers throughout, and a fully appointed kitchen for our use. Will definitely stay again when in Tulsa!

Convenient for “Overflow Guests”

Great spot for a quick getaway

Emily was so great and helpful every step of the process. She was very communicative, and even helped us right away when we had a maintenance issue. We only stayed for about 30 hours, but the space was perfect for our quick trip to Tulsa! The pictures are accurate, and the check in/check out process was smooth and seamless.
