Staff was phenomenal! The room was clean, and the food amazing! Only con was that the Hot tub was not Hot. However, that was minor compared to the greatness that me and my family experienced. We loved it here.

Both nights we had NO air-conditioning. It was 89 degrees both days. They sent a repairman 2 times but the repair failed. In my estimation, they need a new HVAC unit. For a brief time, it sounded as if the unit would fly apart. Supposedly, they (Embassy Suites) will give me some honors points to compensate. Waiting to see.

Everything was great! Staff was great! Buffet was probably the best they come! Met some great people just eating at the free evening Managers Reception. Bed and pillows were great. Large room. Large Bathroom. Just wish we could of turned down the cold air. But we loved our stay and look forward to more.

Nice looking hotel that is not being maintained

The room looked nice but the a/c wasn’t adjustable so it was miserably hot and humid in our room even after the maintenance tech looked at it. Also, the phones in our room didn’t work and when the fire alarm went off in the night we were not notified by any alarm in our room, which is unsettling.
