I showed up and apparently no one there knew I was coming! I spent 4 1/2 hours trying to check in when I had a complete reservation and was denied entry. Wound up staying 2 miles down the road at a rat motel, but I still had tickets to the main event.

Tried to upgrade. I was told because I booked through Expedia that was not possible. Seems like they would want to take my money for a bigger room but I was repeatedly told it’s not possible?? They did have suites available but refused to try and assist. Property was great! Service not so much at the hotel.
