The property is average, my bed and shower curtain wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. The entire 6th floor and elevators smelled horrible. The receptionist was literally out back smoking crack. I felt uneasy, and multiple vehicles had their windows shattered and broken into.

The property was nice, and location was decent. However, there were a few things hi ha wrong. We booked this particular place over others because of the hot tub. Unfortunately the jets wouldn’t work in the hot tub. We needed the pull out couch, but there weren’t blankets for it in the room. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone wouldn’t connect so I had to go downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got back into the room and one rv didn’t work. After messing around with it, we learned the batteries were out in the remote. Just a mix of several small inconveniences.

This was a nightmare experience. We had this reservation for a while. The day of check-in we stopped in when we got to town before the concert around 1:30 pm to see if we could check in early. An early check in was not available(which was totally understandable) so we personally spoke to the front desk and notified them we would be a late check in, mostly likely after midnight. They wrote it down and then we went on our way. At midnight we leave the concert and I had three missed calls from the hotel. It was an hour and a half drive to hotel from concert so we called them on the way. They informed us Expedia sold rooms that weren’t available and we didn’t have a room for the night. We were six hours from home, it was almost 1 am at this point and had no room for the night. Could not find a room anywhere near available and we ended up just driving all through the night to get home. Very poor experience! My opinion is that most likely they dropped the ball and gave our room away when we didn’t check in by 10 pm , even though we notified them of a late check in. I have used Expedia and Holiday Inn and Suites for years now but I think I will find a better option. Horrible experience getting out of a concert and finding out at 1 am you don’t have a room for the night six hours away from home.

We will Stay there again.....

Hotel was excellent and loved it. Minor issue but a problem when you need to use it. The business center's printer did not have black ink. Front desk was notified upon our arrival and the next afternoon / evening it still had not been replaced. No one at the front desk seemed to know where to look for a replacement which is odd. They were able to print out the docs I needed so good overall.
