Enjoy all the comforts of home in this 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse during your visit to Tulsa. Our vacation rental is conveniently located near Oral Roberts University and River Spirit Casino. Tulsa’s Gathering Place Park or the BOK Center downtown are within an easy 20-minute drive. The townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer, two-car garage and outdoor patio space.

Each bedroom features its own private full bath and walk-in closet. An additional half-bath is downstairs.

Relax in the family room on a plush sofa & loveseat to watch television or relax with family. Gather for meals around a full dining table, at the kitchen bar, or on the private patio off of the kitchen.

Park your vehicle in a large two-car garage. Continue your fitness routine with exercise equipment available in the garage.

You’ll find the kitchen furnished with stainless steel appliances and able to handle all of your cooking needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the supplies needed for cooking, plus a Nespresso coffee maker.

Each bathroom is stocked with basic toiletry supplies and plenty of towels. If you need to do a load of laundry, a full-size washer & dryer is available in the downstairs laundry room.

Guests will be able to check into the Townhouse with a keypad entrance. (Codes will be provided to you at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.) Hosts are available via phone or text for questions. Outdoor security cameras a located at the front door & garage entrance for added safety.

You will be able to discover all that Tulsa has to offer from this ideally located rental property. Located near the Arkansas River, you will be able to enjoy walking, jogging or biking on miles of riverside trails. Oral Roberts University, Victory Christian Center and River Spirit Casino are all within a 5-minute drive. Within a 15-20 minute drive, you will be able to visit the Philbrook Museum of Art, the BOK Center, Gathering Place Tulsa (the largest privately funded park in the United States), the Performing Arts Center or Utica Square for dining and shopping. Tulsa boasts a plethora of wonderful dining opportunities all across the city – Downtown, Brookside, Cherry Street or on the Riverwalk just to name a few locations. Interested in craft beer? Tulsa has seen a resurgence of breweries in recent history with multiple taprooms within a short 20-minute drive. Family friendly activities include visits to the Gathering Place, the Tulsa Zoo, the Oklahoma Aquarium, Tulsa Drillers baseball games, Tulsa Oilers hockey games, and the Flying Tee .

Tulsa International Airport is located 15 miles (approximately 25 minutes) from the townhouse.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive as this was a last minute booking. The instructions and directions were awesome. The kitchen was extremely well stocked the house was very very clean and there were plenty of towels. The host even provided a garage door opener. This unit is exceptional and I would highly highly recommend it !!!!!!!

Safe and clean

Clean, quiet, classy, safe gated neighborhood. It accommodated so much more than most vacation rentals we have stayed at. Great location. Well stocked as if we were at home. Great communication and were willing to assist in every way. Comfortable beds, hot water, appliances work, no plumbing issues, and great AC for a hot Tulsa summer. I hope to book this again next year for the same event.

We all very much enjoyed our stay and would give it a "5-star rating" if we had not had a couple of issues. Those were communicated to the owner who did everything possible to quickly resolve them to our satisfaction. No one could have better handled the circumstances than the owner did during our stay. We will certainly consider staying again if we return to the area and are in need of accommodations of this size. We can wholeheartedly recommend this as a comfortable place to stay with a very responsive owner!

The townhome in South Tulsa was surface-level very clean and nicely decorated, with a cozy and welcoming feel. There was a bit more decorative detail than my personal taste, but overall the space was thoughtfully put together.That said, we did notice a few areas where some additional attention would really enhance the guest experience. Some of the dishes needed to be washed before use, and areas like the return air duct, tops of doors, and baseboards could benefit from a deeper cleaning. We also noticed a stray french fry tucked near the base of the dishwasher, and the carpeting shows some staining that might warrant updating in the future.Overall, the home has a lot of charm and potential, and with a deeper refresh, it could be an outstanding stay.

Awesome property, convenient location, great price!!

When we were planning our trip to the Tulsa area we only needed 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a location close to my sons house. I looked a a few properties that I thought would work and picked the one closest to my son. What we got was above and beyond our expectations! 3 bedroom all with en suites along with a half bath on the main floors the location was absolutely perfect with short drives to the few places I had wanted to see, close to the kids and in-laws and minutes from the store. By far the best kitchen with almost everything needed to cook all week and make a huge Thanksgiving meal for 6, the small things missing we grabbed from the store and left for the next visitors. Many times I pack half my kitchen, but this time around there was no need as I had checked with the property manager and read reviews first. Location coming from the west was super easy to get to with minimal traffic. We hope to book this unit when we plan our next visit!

We really enjoyed staying here! Very spacious townhome, perfect for my young family. Felt very safe being in gated community and being able to park in the garage was a nice feature. Highly recommend!
