Always awesome except fire alarm went off for 45 minutes and the girls are the front desk are always hateful and short , but the older lady at the front of hotel when she's there it's amazing she always does us right !

We arrived at 3:40pm for a 4:00 check in on a Saturday night. They said the room wasn’t ready. We went to gamble in the meantime thinking it would be another 15 min. They said they would text us. We never received a text after an hour and when we checked back in they said room still wasn’t ready. We had dinner reservations at 5:00 and had to change and get ready in the public bathroom and leave for our dinner in downtown Tulsa. Very disappointing that we paid over $200 and couldn’t get in the room on time
