Just stayed here and absolutely loved it! Great location. Close enough to walk to everything yet quiet enough to be out of the true party zone. Friendly, clean, small and quiet. Will stay again!

Gave us a free upgrade due to original room having a moldy smell. Hotel was super accommodating and did their best to ensure we had the best experience

AVOID THIS HOTEL !! Stayed 2 days and felt unsafe, was charge over $700 to my AMEX by checkout when the gentleman noticed i was in a hurry, asked for a refund and been waiting since, they don't even answer my WhatsApp messages anymore ( Paola who promised i would receive my refund within 5 days ) Please avoid it, they will steal and overcharge you, there's plenty of beautiful more safer hotels in Tulum.

- super nice boutique hotel with limited rooms
- everyone is super friendly & accommodating!
- beach out front is large and there’s very few people
- food is great
Cons:
- while food is great, portions are small and it’s very pricey
- It says it’s an adults only resort, but they allow children during the day (wasn’t an issue for us, but wanted to flag it in case anyone was looking for a ‘true’ adults only holiday)

The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The staff was very friendly and they were very attentive. We stayed at the Cambria suite and it was everything we expected. The only thing I wish they had was a long mirror inside the suite or a better mirror in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom is pretty high up and it was difficult for me to get ready. Other than that it was perfect.
