The hotel is beautiful, it should be considered a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was nice and helpful. We used the laundry service once and it was wonderful. Only one downside was the lack of towels and the wait for it but other than that, everything was amazing at the hotel! I’d definitely stay at this hotel again and I’d recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Tunis. Within walking distance of the main train station and most of the sights to see. The staff were really helpful and friendly and happy to help out with any queries.

Good location for walking. Only one electrical outlet in room is not enough. Breakfast is somewhat varied. Tasty round scrambled egg/veggies good, wish they were warm. Water bottles in room would be nice. Staff nice.
