Fantastisches Anwesen wie ein botanischer Garten mit vielen wunderschönen und auch großen BĂ€umen sowie mit einer Allee bei der Einfahrt. Genug schattige Fleckchen als auch pralle Sonne, wie man es so mag, auch am Pool. Sehr altes und schön restauriertes großes Haus mit Anbau (ehemalige MĂŒhle mit Wasserantrieb) mit dicken Steinmauern, somit bei unserem Aufenthalt wunderbar erfrischend innen, auch ohne Ventilator und Klima (beides in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden). Es gibt drei BĂ€der, zwei oben und eins unten, somit muss man vom Pool nicht in den 1.Stock, wenn man mal wo hin muss: Es gibt zwei steile Treppen (eine schmale innen aus Holz und außen eine breite aus Stein), ist dem Alter des GebĂ€udes und der Funktion geschuldet, man sollte also wirklich aufpassen beim Treppe steigen. Der Pool und der Whirlpool, den man bis auf 40 aufheizen kann, sind einfach ein Traum. FĂŒnf echte Palmen sowie eine riesengroße neongrĂŒne Hecke umgeben den Pool: In der Sonne fantastisch! Und dann noch on Top: Man ist komplett alleine dort, die Lage ist sowas von ruhig, einfach unglaublich und wunderschön und auch ziemlich uneinsichtig (bis aufs Einfahrtstor). Das Team um den Gastgeber wie Pool-Team, der GĂ€rtner sowie die Assistentin der Agentur (live vor Ort kennengelernt) sowie Paolo selbst (online) sind super nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit sowie engagiert. Klare 5-Sterne Empfehlung!Ach und fĂŒr uns war noch ganz wichtig: Komplette UmzĂ€unung des großen GrundstĂŒcks fĂŒr die Hunde.

Der Pool und die Umgebung waren gut, aber in die Tage gekommen. Das Haus war maximal okay, die Sauberkeit in der KĂŒche war nicht gegeben. Geschirr dreckig, Besteck dreckig, Schublade unsauber. Der Hit waren die unbrauchbaren Pfannen. Dank Frau Vossen wurde dieser Mangel sofort behoben.Alles in allem gerade Mal insgesamt okay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Flaminio which is ideally located for visiting the beautiful towns of Umbria and Tuscany. My favourite was Assissi - the frescoes in the Basilica are stunning. Also worth a visit are Montepulciano, Cortona and Abruzzo. The villa’s lovely pool area is perfect for rest days between sightseeing. This villa has spacious grounds and plenty of room inside which was great when travelling with older teenagers. They also appreciated the reliable internet access. Local town is close by with good supermarket and shops. Great to have air conditioning n the bedrooms as it was very hot. We loved our stay and would happily return.

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang durch Yvette habe wir uns gleich super willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche hier auf dem Schlachtfeld von Hannibal’s Truppen. Der Pool ist Mega. Vielen lieben Dank besonders an Yvette fĂŒr die UnterstĂŒtzung beim Dolmetschen. Wir kommen gern einmal wieder.

Fantastic Holiday

We had a great week in Villa Flaminio, what a lovely villa and grounds, lots of places to wander and relax. The pool was amazing with many relaxing hours spent there. Tuoro itself is in a great location for visiting the hill towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Perugia, Cortona and Castigleone del Lago are all within 30 minutes by car. I definitely recommend staying here and thank Yvette for meeting us and showing us around. So Grazie mille Paulo and ciao it’s been amazing

Lovely stay for us and our two „senior“ dogs

We had a great stay and enjoyed the historical house, the lovely and mystic garden with fireflies at night and the highlight is the pool, surrounded by trees giving privacy.We have booked our next stay for 2026 already.The house is secured by a fence, to the dogs could stay in the garden all day.

Prachtige plek

Geweldige plek om te verblijven. Het eigen grondstuk is vol leuke hoekjes en een prima zwembad. Huis is comfortabel. Contact uitstekend. Dicht bij het meer en Tuoro zelf is zeker ook de moeite waard met goede restaurantjes.

Tranquil villa with a fabulous pool

Had a great stay at Villa Flaminio. The pool is fantastic and set in shady grounds. Lovely bbq. Supermarket close by. Also a great restaurant, Ostetia dell accademia, in walking distance. Nice, friendly manager who fixed an issue with the cooker within an hour.

Fantastic base for a Tuscany getaway

I have no bad words to say about this property. Communications before and during the trip were excellent. The property is located in a lovely quiet location but only 5 mins drive into Tuoro, the local town and 15 minutes from lake trasimeno and it's fantastic selection of restaurants and activities. The house was v well equipped with excellent aircon in all bedrooms, a large pool that we used every day and a good barbeque. We would recommend good bug spray and citronella candles but this was the only minor downside to what was a wonderful locating and we look forward to staying their again in the future.

Wonderfully Peaceful Location

We had an especially relaxing ten days in this very comfortable villa. The property is wonderfully maintained, inside and out, and there are many charming Tuscan and Umbrian hill towns within easy driving distance, as well as good restaurants. We hated to leave and would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! Beautiful swimming pool and nearby a bakery and restaurants. The house was private and the property was surrounded by a fence so our dogs had a lovely stay too! Paolo is very friendly and answered all our questions. Yvette, our hostess was also very friendly and gave us good tips for city trips, wine tasting and restaurants! Ein Traum!

Das gesamte Haus ist schöner als es alle Bilder darstellen können. Der Pool und das GrundstĂŒck sind traumhaft und weitlĂ€ufig. Wir wollten das Anwesen eigentlich nicht verlassen. Die Kommunikation ist hervorragend und Paolo hat sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Vor Ort ist Yvette Vossen fĂŒr alle Fragen und den Check in verantwortlich und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit Knabbereien und Wein empfangen. FĂŒr unsere Hunde war das umzĂ€unte GrundstĂŒck ein großes Abenteuer. Alles in allem sind wir schlicht: begeistert!!! Vielen Dank und wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen!!

Uriges Haus mit traumhaften GrundstĂŒck und Pool

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Da wir noch sehr schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten. Das GrundstĂŒck ist mit seiner Vielfalt an BĂ€umen traumhaft und wir haben tĂ€glich den riesengroßen Pool nutzen können. Die Außenbeleuchtung abends ist perfekt. Yvette hat uns sehr gut in Empfang genommen und war immer zu erreichen und konnte uns immer helfen. Danke. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, alleinstehend, trotzdem ist man schnell in dem 1,5 Kilometer entfernten eigenem Dörfchen, dort kann man auch gut essen gehen. Innerhalb 1 Stunde kann man viele schöne StĂ€dte besuchen.

Fantastische plek

De foto's doen het huis oneer aan :-) Het is een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. De buitenzone is echt heerlijk en ook indoor is er voldoende ruimte voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. De airco's op de kamers zijn goud waard. Bovendien heb je kortbij 2 supermarkten en zijn steden als Perugia , Assisi, Montepulciano, ... vlot bereikbaar. Wij raden deze plek absoluut aan ! Merci om onze vakantie zo 'zen' te maken

Schönes altes Haus das gut in die Toskana/Umbrien passt. Swimmingpool/ Whirlpool in absolut ruhiger Lage. Sehenswerte Orte wie Perugia, Assisi oder Arrezzo

Thank you for the perfect summer vacation

The beautiful house with huge well-kept garden and a large pool and jacuzzi corresponded to the description (well-equipped kitchen and fly screens / doors). Since the house is very well insulated, the air conditioners are only necessary in times with almost 40°C. We spent our perfect family vacation and enjoyed our privacy. Every few days only the very friendly gardeners and pool experts came by. If something should be, you could contact the very friendly administrator, who also showed us around the complex. She speaks several languages and lives nearby. The contact with the landlord was also very friendly and we always received timely answers to our questions. There are other activities on the property besides the pool (e.g. table tennis, foosball, etc.). You can end the evening nicely with a barbecue. Restaurants are also within walking distance. In general, the location is very quiet and invites you to go hiking. From the place are the many beautiful sights in Tuscany and Umbria reachable. The sea (west coast) can be reached in about 2 hours by car. If the property is available at our vacation time, we will definitely come back!

Pure Erholung

Das GrundstĂŒck ist der Hammer. Wir hatten grosse Freude am Pool und der Ruhe. Das Haus bleibt auch bei Aussentemperaturen von 37 Grad schön kĂŒhl und in der Nacht hat man zudem noch die Klimaanlage. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Einziger Nachteil war, dass gewisse Kleinigkeiten nicht vorhanden waren wie zum Beispiel GewĂŒrze und Handseife. Geschirrtabs und WC-Papier war nur noch so wenig da, dass wir noch am ersten Tag einkaufen mussten. Nachdem diese Kleinigkeiten behoben waren, konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt sorgenfrei geniessen. Selbst als das WLAN ausfiel, mussten wir nicht lange warten, bis jemand kam. Der GĂ€rtner macht einen super Job beim Pool, Yvette war immer erreichbar, wenn Fragen auftauchten. Sehr unkompliziert.
