Ditch the plastic glasses in the room

The staff at the Dock are always very helpful helpful and speak excellent English, and the breakfast options are relatively good. The hotel I have to rate eco friendly only 3 stars because water cups individually wrapped in plastic. At least they don’t have individual shampoo packets so that’s good but there’s absolutely no reason not to provide paper cups instead of plastic. Comfortable bed and pillows. Didn’t sample the wifi. Close proximity to Torino Porta Susa train station a real plus…less than 10 minutes walk.

It was a good experience as central location of Turin. Disappointing the orange juice: we were expecting a fresh one since italy is an orange producer. Staff very courteous and accommodating.

Nice budget friendly hotel for families

Great place to stay. Lots of eating places around, very close to Porto Susa station and metro as well as within 2 km of most Turin attractions. Breakfast had quite some varieties.

Great base for a one night stay between train into/from Porta Susa station. Not at all fancy, but a good comfortable bed for the night, decent shower and absolutely fine varied breakfast included in our room rate. Very helpful to have bags stored for us at the hotel the day we were leaving, so that we could explore fascinating Turin until our lunchtime train. Our second visit to this hotel.

A little old, but it was gold indeed. Very friendly staff, big room, delicious breakfast, great location, clean washroom,... Not the best, but definitely it's a 5-star (especially considering the price)
