Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
La casa è nei pressi del centro. La cosa negativa è il parcheggio che se si deve scaricare l'auto diventa un problema. La pulizia è molto approssimativa e necessiterebbe di una imbiacatura dei muri che non viene effettuata da parecchio tempo. L'ascensore del palazzo è degli anni 80 e non è utilizzabile da persone diversamente abili a causa delle ridotte dimensioni. La cucina è provvista di stoviglie ma manca una tovaglia e gli strofinacci per asciugare.
