Inside the same building inhabited by the owners, a cozy independent apartment with private garden on the ground floor with a porch with loungers and comfortable sofas for your relaxation area and a table with outdoor chairs. Composed of a large living area with equipped kitchenette (fridge, frezeer, microwave, small oven, stove, dishes, glasses, etc.); a bedroom with two large and large wardrobes and a chest of drawers including bed linen and towels; a bathroom with shower-whirlpool tub and heated towel dryer. The sofa in the living room can become a single bed and you can provide a further bed with a pouf that can be transformed into a single room.
The heating system is underfloor and is autonomous. Thanks to its position you can enjoy an optimal temperature even in summer and take advantage of the relaxation area in the woods for your well-deserved rest after your visits and / or daily commitments.
You can eat under the arcade and enjoy the tranquility and the relaxing greenery.

Gastgeberin mit Leib und Seele - das ist Angela!
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgerüstet, ruhig und ideal gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bushaltestelle - alles in Gehdistanz. Angela ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, herzlich, allzeit für die Gäste da, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Ein Glücksfall! Wir haben die zwei Wochen ausgekostet.
