The shower in ensuite was broken, the toilet in bathroom had water running out the back of it.

Our unit has no windows on lounge area and the bedroom window was closed and facing a dirty closure. The swimming pool was too small for all guests without a shade and four sun beds , no umbrellas and a small table with four chairs. I was very disappointed because we expected more of this resort on the Main Street in Kingscliff…

Living area not cleaned. Found food, felt tip pens, toys under the sofa cushions. Otherwise a lovely stay

From checking in to checking out we loved our stay at Paradiso.
The staff are amazing and so
Helpful. Our stay was lovely the 3 bedroom apartment was right up From the pool area and plenty of space and everything supplied. Beds were very comfy and air con worked a treat. Great for families. Thanks again for a great stay.

I have stayed on many occasions over the years at Paradiso. Haven’t stayed in over 4 years and it’s looking very tired and needs a complete renovation! There was mould on the bathroom ceilings and the blinds, the couches are falling apart, holes in the walls, water leaking from the bathrooms, kitchen cupboards doors coming off the hinges and the tiles are stained and piping off the floor. I had to go though and wipe down all the hard surfaces and vacuum the floors as it was not clean! The fans have a nice thick layer of dust, absolutely gross.

We stayed at a ground unit that had no natural light nor a dining area other than stools by the kitchen bench. As per other reviews the location is sensational but that’s the only positive.

The only good thing about this place is the location.
This accommodation is the most disgusting place that we have ever stayed. From the dishes needing to be washed before we could use them, the floors both tiles and carpet being absolutely disgusting the whole place is in urgent need of a deep clean. Mould on the blinds, filth in the entrance area and rat poo under the lounge!
The carpark has no ventilation and we measured 40 degrees C. On a day where the outside temperature was 24 Deg. C. The stench in the carpark is shocking.
The entire building needs pressure washing, repairs and painting; and new management judging by the previous reviews.
Staff on arrival were friendly.
We will never stay here ever again!
