This property is being updated and that fact should have been revealed when we were selecting properties. The hot water took more that 5 minutes to turn luke-warm. The AC worked the breakfast was bare bones. Due to the worn out condition this was a $70 property not a $100 property.

Staff was great! Both ladies that checked me in and out respectively were nice to talk to and very welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable for the price. They are under construction so there’s stuff all over the parking lots but it’s just temporary. I’m excited to see how it turns out.

I was very confused when we pulled in, the sign name did not match the reservation hotel name. Check in was quick and easy, very nice staff. Looked as if maybe it was changing owners and doing renovations. The pool was a no go, was dirty and odd color. Room was clean but smelled VERY much like fabulouso, like really strong. Had to leave door and window open to air it out. Once the smell wore off, the room smelled like onions. Very strange. Also there was no hot water, so didn’t get to shower. Location was safe and convenient, close to a grocery store and a couple restaurants. Was a quick over night stop on our way to Joshua Tree National Park so even though it was not perfect it served its purpose and was an inexpensive option.

We stayed in the back building and when we went to take a shower, the water was not getting warm. We called drive front desk and they told us since we are in the back building we have to let the water run for 20 minutes before it get warm. The bed was lumpy, pillows were like mini pillows, and anytime you moved it sounded like something dropped in the floor, it was so loud. The lighting in the room was terrible. We won’t stay here again.

The shower didn't drain well, the room was outdated which kinda surprised us since we knew someone else staying there that said their room was nice and updated, we are guessing they hadn't gotten to the rooms in the back building yet, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

good price and good location, and breakfast was good but I had a hard time getting hot water. The staff said it would take about 10 minutes to get hot water, but it took almost 20 minutes for it to come out. It's a waste of water in a region with limited water supply, and the hot water situation is a problem.

First off, there was a mistake in room number. I was given the room number by mistake. I went back to tell the desk attendant and she said she gave me the wrong room number and she corrected it. The room seemed somewhat not put together. When I went to the restroom I noticed that the shower was for handicap person. I wasn’t able to lift up the bench and shower properly. My husband said that the lever to hook it up was broken so we had to shower sitting down and the space was very cramped. There were no more rooms available to change our room. In the morning for breakfast there was no more coffee available. Several guests were talking about there not being coffee. Would I stay there again? I don’t know, I would have to check other places first.

Very friendly staff! Pool was closed for fixing. We had either a mouse or rat in our room that ate through some of our food. Bags were sealed but they ate through the bag and we were not able to use it again. Very scary for us because we have an infant and didn’t feel that it was safe and clean room for us.
