Beautiful property in a great location. Our room was not really prepared. We have a family of six and paid for the extra suite, but there were only two towels in our whole room. And there were not enough pillows. The staff indicated that the hotel was short on pillows. after asking in a more direct tone, the staff was able to snag some pillows from another room that was not being used.

We were told check in was 3:00 . We were going to a wedding and asked if we could get the room a bit early so we could shower and get dressed. They refused to speak to us only insisting we call the hotel the morning of the Wedding.Even corporate refused to speak to us. Next time we will stay somewhere else . There's no shortage of hotels in Indio. .Again its not that they wouldnt but that they refused to talk to us.

BEYOND the exception

I booked a very last minute reservation while driving from LA heading to Tucson and I’m very glad we stopped by and chose this hotel. The check in was very smooth and the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. My toddlers wanted to check out the pool and he gave us the room closer. The room was actually very spacious and my toddlers were so happy! The common area such as pool/jacuzzi, dining area and gym are very clean and it was actually very nice for the price we paid for. The pool was even heated and I wasn’t expecting it at all. Bonus! They even got comp breakfast with hot items including omelets and 2 different flavored waffles (plain and cinnamon) and we couldn’t be happier! We are so satisfied and will definitely be back if we ever drive to the direction again in the future. Thank you!
