When I made the reservation, I requested an accessible room. The desk attendant told me that there were only two accessible rooms in the hotel, and both were occupied. I asked for a room close to an entry door. When I got to the room, we found that this room was an accessible room. In the room, the shutters would not stay open. The sliding glass door to the patio was sealed shut and could not be opened. The TV remote is a challenge to operate. There is no handicap parking close to the hotel guest rooms. There are about 6 handicap spaces located at the furthest northwest parking lot completely away from the guestrooms. Not conducive for guests with special needs. The bathroom doors squeak so loud that it wakes everyone up. Last but not least, they surprise you with a $25.00 per night parking fee for inadequate parking.

The price was good. The hotel is very old in my room. It also had a bad odor in the room. Paint dropping all over the floor. Sliding door was stuck all the time with lots of old Paint.

You pay $60 for the night and they add on $25 a night to park w/o telling you anything on line - - the restaurant is closed - the gym SUCKS!! Broken- down old equipment, no floor mats, no sanitizer to clean or be cleaned - Frank Sinatra singing and he cannot be turned off - just have to turn the (hanging from the wall tv) volume up!! My room smelled so strong from the fragrant deodorizer plug-in that I unplugged it - - but when I came back to my room the A/C unit smelled like someone peed in it! So maintenance came and fixed it right away - thank goodness!!!!!! It was not a great experience & I will not return

Not enough natural light due to shutters covering half of the patio door. Shutters have been broken in every room I’ve stayed in at this location, I have to adjust each blade separately. Outdated charging access for cell phones, must bring our own power reducers and plug into wall plug far away on opposite wall from the bed. No wall plugs by the bed. As always at this Hotel, parking fee not mentioned in total price.comes around to bite you at check out.

Its an older property but well maintained. AC unit is loud. We stayed in the 2nd floor and you can hear people upstairs walking and shutting doors. Could not go to sleep with the noise. Coffe maker did not work. Plus side, there are free Tesla chargers.
