When I made the reservation, I requested an accessible room. The desk attendant told me that there were only two accessible rooms in the hotel, and both were occupied. I asked for a room close to an entry door. When I got to the room, we found that this room was an accessible room. In the room, the shutters would not stay open. The sliding glass door to the patio was sealed shut and could not be opened. The TV remote is a challenge to operate. There is no handicap parking close to the hotel guest rooms. There are about 6 handicap spaces located at the furthest northwest parking lot completely away from the guestrooms. Not conducive for guests with special needs. The bathroom doors squeak so loud that it wakes everyone up. Last but not least, they surprise you with a $25.00 per night parking fee for inadequate parking.

The price was good. The hotel is very old in my room. It also had a bad odor in the room. Paint dropping all over the floor. Sliding door was stuck all the time with lots of old Paint.

What I did like about the hotel is the historical factor, location, stayed here before and had to give it another go. Had asked for a floor off the ground and was put on the ground floor and had to endure kids running around upstairs from 7ish to well into 10pm. Other then that I had a nice stay at this location. Will come back and will recommend to others to stay for sure.

The pool was nice- the hotel was nearly empty and I asked about switching to a different room and was told it was all booked. Stains on the carpet, construction, room keys stopped working halfway through, very poorly done renovations. Indian Wells is a very nice area- I love the desert but will not be staying here again. For the price it was fine, but definitely not as described or pictured.

I booked an assistant for my wedding for two nights. She was so disappointed by the condition of the room and property that she drove home after the wedding all the way to Calabasas and forfeited the prepaid second night.

Checked in late yet it was a breeze to get into my room. The place was clean and accommodating, the pool was nice too. The rain was an added pleasure, the cooler temperatures made the trip even better.
