Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was bountiful and a good variety of options. Parking was great as they have doors around the hotel to make it easy to load/unload near your room assignment. Staff was helpful and pleasant and easy to communicate with. I loved the text support they offered, a first for me to experience from a hotel, but a great touch. My only complaint is that the plug for the bathtub wasn’t working well so all the water drained within 15-20 min. That includes the special bath salts I prepared for my trip. I informed the staff but they weren’t able to fix the tub plug during my stay but hopefully it’ll be fixed for future patrons.

Decent apartment style hotel

Good service, rooms are clean but just looks like a run down apartment. Great price for a studio type apartment but just not for me. Carpet is really worn so I felt uncomfortable walking with anything other than sandals or shoes. But again price was really good for this size unit and it was clean.

Loved the location, property was nice, close to acrisure and spacious room. Was disappointed in the air conditioning. We had a window hvac and it never quite cooled down in the room. it was really warm when we first checked in and then we left to a concert returned hours later and it was bearable. only there for 1 night and it was late so not worth switching rooms. other than that stay was great and we will be staying there again when we see a show close by

Our room was entered while we were out and money was stollen from a purse that was left there. Whoever took the cash left some presumably so we might not notice that it had occured. That suggests an inside job. Nothing else was taken. I had watched my wife place the cash into her wallet and then place it in her purse. We did not need cash with us since we were going to an arena that is cashless. We brought it up to management, including the general manager, and there was no real resolve given other than they had checked the door entries and claimed none had happened. There was no empathy whatsoever. It seemed that they were indifferent. Even the night desk clerk did not seem alarmed that it had happened when we reported it. We will not stay they ever again and caution anyone thinking they will to rethink it, unless you don't mind being ripped off.

Concert event

When we arrived it was easy to check-in, no wait time. The room was clean and meet all the needs required. They have a full kitchen convenient to store drinks and reheat food.
