Service is horrible, it takes forever for someone to serve a drink at the bar and the pool area… there was a conference at the hotel and a bunch of people chanting in the front lobby at 7 am Saturday morning. We could hear it clearly from our room it woke us up at the beginning of our trip. Save yourself some $$ and find a better resort. I usually don’t take the time to comment but this to me was worth advising others who want to get away.. there are better places ti go in the desert.

While we enjoyed the hotel very much I did take notice how little amenities are inside of the room. They do not provide lotion, q-tips, cotton balls or anything in the bathrooms other than a blow dryer.

The property has a great restaurant on it which means you can have a really nice meal have a few drinks you just walk back to your room. No need to go driving in or drive off the premises to go through lunch restaurant. There are many golf courses nearby and the casino is only one and a half miles away which makes everything very convenient. Highly recommend this place

The registration staff is very rude and impatient, the property is very old and run down. Room’s fridge has a very disgusting smell. All the facility and activity are closed. All the ponds around the swimming pool are so dirty and smell.
