Definitely friendly staff and extremely accommodating. Room was excellent. Not to mention the breakfast bar and omelet station, this was incredibly good. All around, this place is an excellent place to stay. Will definitely come back again for another mini vacay!

This is the only hotel that I know the rooms are always clean and the linens are always fresh. I’ve never had an issue here. The pool is wonderful and the giant chest board is amazing! The breakfast is wonderful and they have an omelette station that’s killer! The staff always have a smile on and are so eager to help. Only down side is the paid over night parking is $10 per day/night. Other than that best place

Likes: Feels resort like. Walking distance to stores and some restaurants. Very large two room suite with refrigerator, coffee and microwave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cooked to order breakfast in the morning and 2 cocktails in the afternoon are included! Our bed was very comfortable. Nice gym. Dislikes: some exterior areas and guest rooms could use a little maintenance at times. It would be nice if the pool was heated just a little warmer. Overall, this is one of our favorite places to stay in Palm Desert and we will definitely be back.
