The staff was exceptional!! The rooms old and sad. The floors are dirty. The buildings are in need of renovation. Outside there was dog excrement everywhere The staff made the experience friendly and pleasant though. Beds were old and masked with mattress toppers and pillows were very old which made me want to buy my own.

The staff were incredible and super kind. The rooms are run down and felt dirty. A lot of the fortunate had a lot of wear, the screens were broken and laying outside of the windows, it felt like someone had tried to probably get into these rooms before. The curtains were torn, walls dirty.

Extremely helpful and polite staff. My stay was very good. Just a couple things. There were areas in the carpet that weren’t vacuumed. Other than that the room was great
