When I booked this hotel through Travelocity no where was I told that there was no maid service, that you had to stay there 3 days just to get your room cleaned and made. Staff was very helpful.

We liked the small size of the property as it was quiet. The themed decor is cute. Rooms are small, but adequate. The place is run down and could use a refresh and better cleaning. The worst part was the lack of customer care. The attitude of the staff is not helpful. There's a resort fee but the pool was not usable- there are no other amenities so why the fee? The grounds a quite small. The onsite restaurant is closed Mon/Tues. The food is pretty good. It's a budget hotel.

We immediately felt welcomed by the lovely staff and gorgeous space. Spent the evening overlooking the lake from our balcony. Woke up for a swim, breakfast at Melange and birdwatching. Everything is convenient and well done. Feeling like we are at our own villa, we could stay for weeks! Our pooch agrees. We will be back soon and recommending to all.

It was so cute.. it was very boutique like and since it was a smaller hotel, the staff was very friendly and cared about our requests.

Exquisite place and romantic. I appreciated the warm and personal welcome at checkin. Our room had a fireplace and when I called for assistance the staff was at my door within a minute. My honey and I can’t wait to return and stay more nights 5 stars for me.

The room was beautiful, Just extremely unhappy that they expected the pool to be open on the 15th and it STILL wasn't.
