I was promised a refund by the manager who checked me in and also worked in evening around 11 pm as the bedsheets were dirty with hair on them and were surely not changed from the previous guests. Also the shower head kept dripping water the whole time and shower was dirty upon our arrival. Carpets in room were dirty and vanity bottom shelf in bathroom was not cleaned with old dust on it. I guess I was fooled by the pictures on Expedia. Nevertheless, I am now waiting for my refund.

The staff was great. She showed us room prior to booking. Spa's where decent, room was clean and comfortable. Good shower ect. It would be nice to have a restaurant or bar on site.

We enjoyed the pool. It was nice and warm enough for me! We also enjoyed the 2 spas. Not many people in them. The pool had 4 exuberant kids but they were considerate of adults. The room was very nice with all the amenities you need. We stopped here on our way to Phoenix

We had a really good trip the pools were so relaxing. The room was clean bed was comfortable. The only issue is we wished there were curtains. The blinds wouldn’t go all the way down which caused a gap and our room could be seen from the outside. We had to put two towels to cover the gap. Overall everything was very pleasant and would come back again.

Decent place to stay for the price, nice heated pool, easy parking and easy check in. I wish it is located where there are a lot of options for food. I also wish the towels for the pool are available in the pool instead of begging it from the front desk.
