I was promised a refund by the manager who checked me in and also worked in evening around 11 pm as the bedsheets were dirty with hair on them and were surely not changed from the previous guests. Also the shower head kept dripping water the whole time and shower was dirty upon our arrival. Carpets in room were dirty and vanity bottom shelf in bathroom was not cleaned with old dust on it. I guess I was fooled by the pictures on Expedia. Nevertheless, I am now waiting for my refund.

Older hotel, but clean and modern decor. Staff was helpful. Only noise was the pool area, but they close it by ten pm so it was fine for sleeping. Pools have chlorine which limits the mineral spa experience. I didn't receive a cleaning in my room, stayed three nites, but I'm sure new towels would have been given.

It was alright, Overall 7/10. I expected more when it came to amenities. For example, in the description it said they had billiards/pool table but the table wasn’t there it was deconstructed. The beds weren’t comfy. The rooms aren’t soundproof so I could hear next door. Also be prepared if you don’t order a luxury suite you might get an old plasma tv that doesn’t have HBO/Netflix or any other streaming services to sign in just boring cable tv channels. The staff is nice and the pool and jacuzzi with mineral water was pretty good.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Aqua Soleil Hotel. We drove 6 hours arrived at 4:20P, shortly after official check-in time. Despite pre-registering online twice and being assigned a room in advance, my room was not ready. After waiting 15 mins, I was reassigned to another room and told would be ready in 5 mins. When I opened the door, the room was completely uncleaned—trash everywhere, dirty bathroom, no bedding or blankets, and men’s underwear on the floor. My family, two 72-year-old parents (one ADA) was left waiting on 3rd floor while my daughter and I went back to front desk. Staff admitted gave me wrong key and assigned my reassigned room to others. They suggested holding our luggage and using the pool, which was unrealistic since all our belongings were in luggages and was no private or ADA-accessible place to change. A late checkout was also not helpful, as we had to leave before 9A. A manager appeared told staff not switching rooms and offered no apology or timeline, even though room 340/341 were ready and later given to guests who arrived by 6P got room before us. We waited nearly two hours—much of it stood outside of room in cold and windy conditions watch staff clean room. Because of delay, our evening plans were ruined, I have to cancel our Michelin restaurant reservation and most of the value of the stay was lost. The outdoor “heated” pool was too cold to use, and when we returned to room, basic amenities shampoo & conditioner were completely empty.
