Definitely a good location but it is not the nicest far from a resort..... very old with updated fixtures. Noisey back part as there are party houses but at least they conclude at 10 P.M. Very helpful maintenance young man. Not worth the prices that they charge. There are cheaper nicer places to stay but again great location.

This is a wonderful place to stay; it is clean, the staff are friendly, the pool and jacuzzi are clean and easily accessible from any room, and it is conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants. I will certainly choose to stay here again.

The fire pits are lovely and the pool area is so relaxing (and heated). Love the rat pack music playing and on the speaker. Rooms are big, the shower pressure good and the beds are comfy. The property boasts many grapefruit trees that are nicely pruned (you walk under them!) and they give them out for free in the lobby. Parking is plentiful around the resort. The resort is located on the back side of Palm Canyon Drive, with the mountain backdrop, in the heart of it all! There is no restaurant/bar on site but they have free coffee and drinks you can buy. You only need to walk across the street and parking lot to access all the food and drinks you'll ever need! This has become our go-to hotel when in PS.

The location is perfectly situated downtown with walking distance to all shops and restaurants. This was the main reason why I chose this hotel. The room was in good condition and the staff was very courteous. My biggest complaint was the noise. The walls are not well sound proofed. The guests in the room next door were loud talkers. I could hear their entire conversation which went well past midnight. This happened two consecutive nights. Its unfortunate, because I probably will not recommend based upon that experience.
