Main Description:
Apt 120sqm, facing the sea at 50m from the beach. Composed of 3 suites, 2 with balconies facing the sea, all with air conditioning and closet. Cozy living room with two air conditioners, sofa bed, two armchairs, TV, stereo with FM and bluetooth, dining table for eight people followed by an amazing balcony with full view of the beach where you can still , enjoy a barbecue. Toilet and full kitchen, laundry area and garage for two vehicles.

Additional Description:
The master suite has a queen bed, the second two twin single beds that can be pushed together and the last one has two twin beds.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, blender and other necessary utensils. The laundry area has clotheslines, a tank and a washing machine.
We have 8 pillows to use.
We do not accept pets and smoking is prohibited.

Availability:
During the stay there will always be one person within 15 km for basic face-to-face support and via telephone, SMS or email in Portuguese, German, English and Italian.

Praia Grande de Ubatuba has the most complete structure of kiosks, services and beach attractions of the city such as banana boat, caiques, schooner trips, etc. In addition to several restaurants, bars and grocery stores and being close to the historical and commercial center of the city. A multitude of trails through the largest Atlantic Forest reserve in the state of Sao Paulo.

Getting around Praia Grande will be no problem for you, even if you leave your car in the garage, as there are urban bus stops less than 200 meters from the apartment for both downtown Ubatuba and neighborhoods and beaches towards Caraguatatuba, including buses. from São Paulo, Campinas and Caraguatatuba, dispensing the route to the bus station in central Ubatuba. For other cities like Taubaté and Parati it is necessary to travel to the bus station. Taxi and Uber are available, as well as bicycle rental and a good bicycle network, as the city is very flat, the local population makes heavy use of this medium.
