A dona do imóvel foi extremamente solícita e atenciosa, sempre disponível para comunicação. O apartamento é organizado, como descrito no anúncio. Só teve alguns pontos que precisam ser considerados, como se todas as luzes estão funcionando, o microondas estava com um defeito na potência. E a internet Wi-Fi precisa melhorar. Toda descrição do anúncio é verdade, Localização é ótima o AP é perfeito, colchões novos tudo limpo e bem arejado, único ponto a ressaltar é a internet, que é um modem 4g que vive sem sinal, poderia atualizar o serviço para fibra já disponível no prédio e na rua.
