Room was nice. There was not an elevator and I had to carry all luggage upstairs. Breakfast was good. Children were allowed to run up and down the hallways yelling and screaming until after midnight.

This is my second time staying at this property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. Only one issue was had on this last stay, the TV in the bedroom did not work. I reported it several times and in my 4 night stay it was never fixed nor was I given any reason if it was attempted or why it wasn’t fixed.

While the price was right there were many concerning issues with the property. The door to the hotel was supposed to be locked and it was broken where anyone could walk in. The room had a musty old smell. The bathroom towels had stains all over them like they had not been washed.

Average hotel in a below average industrial setting. Staff was on the low side of average, building was about the same. Interestingly, much of the property was showing it's age, but the artwork was all in great condition. Someone has a strange set of priorities.

It was really good for family stay. The room was clean. But fan in the restroom didnot work and there is no lift in theere. Especially if your room is in the second floor, it becomes a problem for your luggages.

Very small bathroom; tiny. Small rooms. Felt cramped even for 2 adults and 2 teens for just 2 nights of sleep and a place to shower. No elevator with bringing multiple luggage upstairs. The one ice machine was hard to locate. No instruction on any information on amenities or hours of anything included. No information on a deposit they took after room was paid in full. Very uncommunicative with information.
