Ok we had a room below ground level so the room could have been nicer. Good location

Very good, but a little more attention to detail.
Posted Sep. 2, 2019 on HotelsOur room was mainly clean, although we found a credit card and pill box under the bed from a previous guest.
The tiles and back of the bathroom door did not appear to have been cleaned properly, looking as if a drink had been spilled on them.
The beds were clean and comfortable.
All of the reception and breakfast staff were very pleasant and helpful.
We would recommend this hotel.

Quite far from everything tourist attraction, etc. The service was great but lacks in amenities.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area of Utrecht
Posted Aug. 5, 2019 on HotelsMy partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was on an upper floor with a nice view of the quiet and beautiful area outside the hotel. The room was quite clean, in very good condition despite some small marks of age. The staff helped us to navigate the center city of Utrecht by presenting a map at check-in, and highlighting the best walking routes to the city center. They were also very helpful in providing rental of bikes in good condition, which were ideal for traveling in this wonderful city! WiFi access was easy and more than sufficient for usual online tasks at all times. We highly recommend Malie Hotel to all who travel to Utrecht.

Pro- Friendly staff, quiet location, bike rental on site,
Con- Lumpy bed, no hooks in bathroom, old low- def TV, cheap towels

Oh what a pity you've experienced so many cons! We don't know what you exactly mean by lumpy bed, since we have very comfortable, high standard Auping beds in all of our rooms. We would love to get in touch about this.
We are very pleased to inform you we have new TV's with HD-channels since this Thursday! Unfortunately it was just a few days after your stay, but I'm sure you would have loved it.

Lovely half term holiday
