Charming, bright Vail Condo Steps Away From Village & The Mountain....

Steps away from Vail Village & Golden Peak Ski Lifts - You can literally park once you arrive at the condo and not have to set foot back into your vehicle until the day you depart for your home.

We have recently updated our interior to include new stone fireplace, wood floors, fresh paint, new dining room table and all new kitchen with brand new Bosch appliances!

The mountain rustic interior is furnished to suit your every need while staying at our home away from home. Over sized leather chairs and a large cozy sofa outline the living room along with a natural stone gas fireplace, 55" flat screen tv and extensive view framed by Vail mountain. Relax in our comfortable, leather chair by the window and watch skiers coming down Golden Peak!

The kitchen is open to the living room and the dinette comfortably seats 6. A large ceiling sky light brings in lots of natural light.

The master bedroom overlooks Gore Creek and with a crack of the casement windows, you can hear the soothing stream. We are blessed with both a mountain and creek view! There is also a private bathroom adjoining this bedroom. We have added a 50" smart flat screen tv to the master this Summer so you can stream a favorite movie before you head off to sleep.

The second sleeping quarters has two twin beds crafted out of wooden logs. For the two that have a hard time falling asleep to the sound of the creek outside the window, there is a 40" flat, smart screen tv with cable in between the two beds. Climb the wooden ladder in the hallway and you will find a cozy loft. This loft includes a trundle bed that will sleep 2 children and overlooks the entire living space.

You may buy your groceries to dine in and have a cozy night by the fire with board games & hot coco or lace up your walking shoes and head up the block to the village where you'll find more choices of amenities than you'll know what to do with!

If you do need to use the car, your vehicle will be conveniently located right outside the front door. The building is framed with beautiful, large Aspen trees. The view beyond of course is of Vail Mountain!

Our maximum capacity is 6 people.

We are looking for couples & families who will truly enjoy and cherish our 2nd home that we love so much. Part of the package when renting our condo is receiving the list of all of our favorite restaurants, activity venues and the secret little treasures that we've discovered over our 20+ years of vacationing in Vail. I look forward to speaking with you and helping you plan your next family trip....

As described...plus...

Somehow I missed that the 2nd bedroom was an actual bedroom with 2 twin beds, and that the loft was additional space! Perfect! We are very familiar with Vail (both the village and Lionshead). This condo is a 3-4 minute walk to Gondola 1 out of the village. Close to shops and restaurants. There is a Vail town bus stop right at the entrance to the complex, making it super easy to get around town. We had a minor maintenance issue that Randy took care of as quickly as possible. Condo is clean and as described. My family and I had a great time (and the snow was amazing to top off a great stay!)!

Fantastic Apartment with unbeatable location!

My family of three stayed here President's weekend for 5 days. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is super clean, well furnished and stocked for meal preparation and nights in. The unit is also more spacious than expected. The location is the real selling point of the property though. Right on the edge of Vail village, the stores and restaurants are a couple blocks away. The apartment also affords easy access to both the base of the mountain in the main village, as well as the Golden Peak area where our daughter was in ski school. Randy, the owner, was an impeccable host, who went above an beyond to make sure we were comfortable in their home, even checking in on how were enjoying all the snow we were lucky enough to be getting during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit, and we are hopeful that we return again next year.

Great location and very comfortable stay

Ideal location less than 5 minute walk to both the lifts and the village but quiet at night. The condo is recently updated with well stocked new kitchen and new baths. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond to pre visit questions. Have stayed at several places in Vail over the past five years and this place and location is hard to beat for the price. Spring Break Ski Trip

Location couldn't have been better. The condo is right near Vail Village and an easy walk to either Golden Peak or the Gondola. Parking was right out front, but only time we left was to pick up groceries a few miles away. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The condo was very well appointed. Picked up over 2 feet of snow while we were there which was the icing on the cake! Randy was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Perfect Vail Getaway

We had the perfect week in Vail! The property was in an amazing location, just steps away from the gondola, shops and restaurants. The condo was comfortable, updated and felt like a home away from home. It was well stocked with paper products, kitchen essentials and toiletries in case you forgot something. We used the free bus shuttle once to grab items from the market in Lionshead. The shuttle stop is right outside the condo and easy to use. We would love to return! Thank you for an amazing trip!

A short walk to either Gondola One, Golden Peak or Gore Creek Trail and right on the bus route for getting to Lionshead or the Vail Nordic Center for cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Great Location, cozy and well provisioned

First, Randy the owner was great to work with, responsive and provided great advice so we could make the most of our ski vacation. Very close/easy walk in ski boots to the lifts in Golden Peak and the Gondola in Vail Village. The kitchen is well provisioned and we made good use of this. All the beds, pillows and linens were excellent quality and very comfy. The Gas fireplace and audio system with Bluetooth are super easy to use and allowed for nice evenings together by the fire. All in all a great experience and the listing is completely accurate.

Great property with good location

We enjoyed our stay there February 2022, 3 adults. The location is good, a bit away from the noise of the central Vail Village but still a 5 to 7 minute walk to Goldola One in ski boots. The loft is useable for an adult also as long as they are not huge and want to climb the latter. The property is clean and as described. Also not too far from the Transportation Center.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas at this location. The property was as depicted in the photos. The owners are responsive and helpful. The location is about 50' from the bus stop, about 200' from Vail Village, and about a 7 minute walk to 2 ski lifts. The gas fireplace was great and heated things up quickly - which was needed when the temperature outside was 3 degrees! Thanks again.
