Wonderful Service During Oktoberfest

Lovely well appointed boutique Hotel with excellent service for the whole family. Our stay during Oktoberfest, which would strain the service at any establishment, was wonderful and exceeded hospitality expectations. Upon arrival we were met outside of the event space to retrieve our bags and escort us through the crowds to check in. The Sitzmark was even holding a private event during this time and still provided us with individual attention. The room was lovely and clean and both the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Luis was amazing! He treated us like royalty from the moment we stepped in the door until the morning we left. The room was well appointed, the continental breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect. Nothing can be said negatively!

Right in Vail village. All good except a mistake on patio order and the TV remote did not work. The patio order error was corrected when I brought it to the attention of staff the next day. Also, who goes to Vail to watch TV!
