Extremely disappointing - Disastrous management and tiny rooms. "I stayed at The Hythe last week and it was a major disappointment. The booking system and check-in process were a total disaster—honestly the most incompetent service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. For a property that charges 5-star prices, the rooms are surprisingly small. We were a party of two and there was absolutely no space to store our clothes/luggage. Save your money and stay somewhere else where the service matches the price tag. I do not recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at The Hythe. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an incredible job and cleaned thoroughly each day. Everything about our stay felt easy and enjoyable. We didn’t have a single complaint — it was a wonderful experience.

It was a wonderful! The concierge team and the valet team were top notch. Room Smelled amazing and clean. The almost every 5 mins shuttle was great!
