With nearly ski-in/ski-out access, this condo sits just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School, placing you steps from the slopes and moments from Vail’s renowned shops, dining, and aprùs-ski scene. Inside, the studio offers a cozy and well-designed mountain retreat, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The kitchenette is equipped with a half-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker—ideal for preparing light meals and snacks. Sleeping accommodations include a comfortable queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, along with a full bathroom.

Located in the Lift House Lodge, guests enjoy a collection of on-site amenities designed to elevate the Vail experience. The highlight is the fourth-floor rooftop hot tub, a guest favorite and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain—soak under open skies while taking in the alpine atmosphere, whether it’s fresh snowfall in winter or crisp mountain air in summer. Additional conveniences include elevator access to all floors and coin-operated laundry facilities. The building offers limited first-come, first-served parking for a nightly fee ($50 per night during the winter season and $30 per night in non-winter months), with the Lionshead public parking garage just steps away if the lot is full.

This condo is the perfect location in Lions Head. Loved the balcony and view. Easy to catch the bus or walk to the base. Parking was available on property. Unit was clean, bed & pillows very comfortable. Bathroom, furniture & kitchen utensils a little dated, but clean and had all we needed. Only one washer/dryer for the bldg, but its on this floor. It broke after we used it. I could see that being an issue in ski season, wanting to wash/dry clothes. But front desk was friendly & you can't beat the location. Quiet but easy access to all you need.

logistically perfect

great location. Nothing beats Lionshead
very close to Eagle Bahn Gondola and very close to the Vail Shuttle Bus station if you want to go in town. The condo is a studio that can comfortably can fit 4 people with a Queen bed and a Sofa Bed. everything from instructions to the check in process is super smooth. I have zero complaints.

Great stay in the middle of Lionshead

Nice, basic and economical place to stay in the middle of Lionshead. Short walk to Vail Village. My wife and I do a lot of walking and between the two villages and visit the different shops and restaurants. This is our 12th summer/fall visit. Normally we schedule for late June or early July. This year we chose last week in September to experience the changing of the aspen tree leaves. The condo overlooks Bart & Yeti's and the other store fronts - fun to watch the people milling around. This is a good place to stay for two people who want to be in the center of things.

Great location

Even though the property is older, the condo is perfect for our week’s vacation. We started going years ago because we could bring our dog there. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. a great place to sit outside and people watch, and soak up the beautiful views. Best of all, it’s affordable.

Small but cozy and convenient with a great view

This was perfect for a long family ski weekend. Probably a little small for more than 3-4 nights if you have kids who go to bed at separate times since there is no real separation of the bed from the living room. Kitchen definitely tiny but certainly functional for simples meals (spaghetti, hot dogs, etc). View was probably one of the best , as you have a direct line of sight to the mountain as well as the square below. It was really nice to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine and feel we were part of the action without actually having to risk a restaurant experience during covid. Very easy walk to Gondola, less than 5 mins. Ample storage space for all clothing and gear in unit. My only real complaint was that the freezer was too small for a pint of ice cream!

Spartan accommodations but great location and helpful management company

There is no doubt that this property has one of the best locations -just about a block from the Eagle Bahn gondola and situated next to multiple ski rental shops, restaurants and dining. The management company was very responsive. However, there are virtually no amenities and the unit is extremly bare. It felt like staying in a 2-star hotel room except no amenities like daily housekeeping, pool, nice lobby, etc. Do not expect to cook in this kitchen, there is no room to put anything. Halls were dimly lit and gave off a very shabby vibe. But if you are okay with just needing a place to lie your head, location is great and it was clean and otherwise fine!
