A beautiful, brand new villa in the town of Valledoria, in the Gulf of Asinara, a place full of magic: 150 km of enchanting sandy beaches, an interesting seaside resort, nature reserves, archaeological sites, and plenty of wild Sardinian nature. A perfect location to explore northern Sardinia, from Coral Bay to the La Maddalena Archipelago.
This spacious villa offers a lot of privacy and full comfort during your vacation. It features a living room with a sofa bed for two additional guests, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The villa has two bedrooms – one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds – and two bathrooms with showers. Outside, you'll find a well-maintained garden with a lawn, an ideal spot for children's games. The furnished and covered veranda invites you to relax in the evening. On the roof, there is a solarium with sunbeds for you to enjoy.
An additional perk for guests is the availability of 4 bicycles and a SUP board, both provided free of charge.

Schöne neue Unterkunft

Das Objekt ist ein schönes neues Haus am Rande der Stadt mit mehreren neuen Bauten. Die City mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist fußläufig erreichbar, zum Strand empfiehlt sich eher ein fahrbarer Untersatz. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden an der Unterkunft durch die betreuende Kasia und ihrem Mann sehr nett und herzlich begrüßt und mit allen erforderlichen Informationen versorgt. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer schönen neuen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist nicht negativ zu bewerten, weil sie nicht veränderbar ist, wir die Lage vorher kannten und extra zwischen City und Strand liegend gewählt haben. Vielen Dank nach Valledoria.

Neues Apartement, Einrichtung sehr einfach und lieblos

Die Unterkunft ist nur mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Alle andere Unterkünfte in der Nachbarschaft sind deutlich besser und liebevoller ausgestattet. Es fehlte an Geschirr, Geschirrhandtücher. Für 10 Tage nur ein Satz Handtücher pro Person. wenn man noch ein Handtuch haben wollte, wäre das für 20,-€ pro Handtuch (!) möglich gewesen. Am letzten Tag vor unserer Abreise wurden Liegestühle aufgestellt. Keine Putzmaterialien verfügbar, um einfach mal kurz den Boden durchzuwischen.
