With capacity for 6 people and 3 bedrooms, this space is designed for rest and disconnection, ideal for families and friends who wish to live an authentic experience on the island.
With a pleasant and well-cared decoration, this cosy flat is ideal for families and friends, as it offers capacity for 6 people and 3 bedrooms: the main bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom, elegant dressing area and cosy decoration; and two double bedrooms with two single beds each, with storage space for clothes. There is an extra bathroom with shower.
The interior integrates a comfortable living area with sofa, 43" Smart TV and heating-air conditioning for greater comfort, and a fully renovated kitchen equipped with everything you need. From this space we access the most special area of the house, a large outdoor terrace open to nature, equipped with a seating area, barbecue and jacuzzi, a perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals and moments of tranquillity under the Canarian sky.
Designed for comfort, it also has a garage with capacity for two cars, a roof terrace on the top floor with a practical area for washing clothes and 600mb/s WiFi fibre Internet.
Its privileged location, in the centre of the island, allows easy access by car to the main natural attractions and hiking trails of Gran Canaria.
