We had such a pleasant stay at Hotel Shangri-La!! The entire staff was remarkably nice. The only complain we have is the restroom stall in our suite was too small of an area. This space was created for tiny people, clearly. The glass thing that covers the toilet paper bruised my hand so bad from me hitting it every time I had to use the restroom. My husband could barely use the stall because he couldn’t fit between that glass cover and the glass door.
