50 meters from the beach, this apartment is located in the center of the Vasto Marina, close to all the necessary services. It is suitable for families, has a wonderful view of the pier, is quiet and very spacious. Recently renovated.
A 50 metri dalla spiaggia, questo appartamento e' situato nel centro Vasto marina, vicino a tutti i servizi necessari. E' adatto alle famiglie, ha una vista meravigliosa sul Pontile, è tranquillo e molto spazioso. Recentemente ristrutturato.
Our property contains a large open room with two sitting areas (one contains a sofa bed), a full kitchen and an eating area that opens to a large 3 meter wide door that opens to the outside Roman balcony (but without exterior terrace). The house also contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite with a matrimonial bed and the second bedroom contains two single beds. The second bathroom is located off the main room.
