Right in the heart of Venice and a stones throw away from San Marco, making it so convenient. We came in the summer so we would often stop back at the hotel to cool off, rest and use the washroom in between our destinations. Breakfast was hearty with good options. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I’d highly recommend!

Great hotel. Very central, 5 mins from San Marco, but still quite secluded. We went for the junior suite which was lovely with an amazing view of the canals usually frequented by Gondolas. Lift was a little temperamental, so 3 floors a few times a day was a bit of a shin splint, but that was literally my only gripe. Free breakfast was basic but very welcome and sets you up for the day nicely. Budget for the city tax at the end of your stay. Water taxi is pricey but worth it to get back to the airport in good time and reception are more than happy to help.

We were upgraded to a better suite than i booked. The bathroom had the most horrific smell. They sprayed something, which was also not great and eas too strong. They offered to change our room the next morning and never heard back about it. Every-time we walked in the bathroom, the smell was foul. Also, didnt think desk staff was that friendly

Location was perfect for me as near Alilaguna waterbus stop for airport transfers and other ACTV stops for places i wanted to visit. San Marco area, although busy, is a great place to be based for someone making a first visit to this fascinating and charming city. Lots of shopping outlets nearby, top end and touristy and plenty of choice for meals out. I really enjoyed my stay despite having been the victim of pickpockets on the crowded ferry to Murano. Be careful all of you. They are quick, clever, and opportunistic.

This hotel was fantastic. Check-in process was easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom worked extremely well. The view of the canal was amazing from my room. There was breakfast in the morning, but I would say that the breakfast was not that great. However, thecoffee was good, which makes up for something. The only other downside I would say is that the bed was rather hard the sheets given to you rather meager. But it was OK and tolerable for a few days while enjoying such a magnificent city as Venice. I overhaul very much enjoyed this day and would definitely stay there again.

I was very happy with my stay. As expected on a hotel in central Venice, the room was cozy, but very clean and comfortable. Service was excellent at every turn, and they were happy to accommodate holding my bags before and after checkout so I could spend more time exploring the city.
