“Perfect Stay in the Heart of Venice!”

I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Venice, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions on foot while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a unique Venetian charm. While it was a bit darker than expected, it added to the intimate atmosphere, which we grew to appreciate. Everything was spotless, from the bedroom to the bathroom, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located place to stay in Venice with warm and attentive service, I highly recommend this hotel. Five stars!

Unfortunately for the price we paid the staff and service was not great. Nothing posted about ongoing construction or power/ water outages. Refused to give any sort of compensation or complimentary dining. 0/10. Would not recommend or go again as we are frequent travellers to Venice.

This hotel is in a nice and quiet area. Very safe feeling and away from all the tourists. There are some cafes and bars a bridge over. The hotel was nice, but the beds were quite hard. The staff was helpful, though the check in time is very strict!

Check the beds before you sleep on them

The room looked exactly the way it appears online. The hotel is an old monastery, but the rooms are modern. However, the pull out bed my daughters slept on, was broken and was not repaired the night they slept on it. It provided a horrible sleep.

During the 3 nights we spent at this property, the internet service was down, the AC was not working properly either as it is a "centrally controlled system" so you can imagine at night how warm/hot the room was, the furniture in the room is very old and the buffet is not worth it. Definitely not recommending it, this used to be a great 4 starts hotel, not anymore.
