The property was located very central to everything we wanted to see and do. We had a view from our room of the grand canal and there is also a common room overlooking the canal for those whose rooms don’t have a view. Check in was very easy and the room was very spacious. We loved our stay here! Being right on the water really was such a treat and we’re glad we chose this location. The property is great and well maintained. Our room was good, I will say it felt a bit dusty and damp (the bathroom especially felt damp, and there was some mold around the shower) however I think this may just be part of living in Venice and living right near the water. This did not actually detract too much from our enjoyment of our stay! It was comfortable and had all that we needed for a great stay. The location itself is pretty good too I’d say because it’s almost equal distance from the train station and the city centre.
