Clean sheets and towels, comfy beds, fairly clean overall. This house met our needs well and the location was great. The property manager was very responsive. The very first day the master toilet was leaking pretty steadily and someone came out that day to fix it. To be fair to potential renters I do want to be honest that there are some things that need addressed. One of the bedroom doors would not shut or lock properly. The oven did not work at all. The sliding door was not secure but we fixed that problem with a metal brace from the inside. Overall decor kind of bland but this house worked for what we needed and I slept well which is my top prioroty.

No instructions on how to use the TV which I realized on the final night we had to disconnect the sound bar because the volume was at extremely loud. Exterior of the property was horrible looking and neighbors were talking to me and complaining about the owner not keeping the property up and the neighbors were maintaining the property. Terrible communication with the host. Terrible reviews from vrbo. Inaccurate or should I say false information about the property. It was listed as on Lake healing. There was no lake. It was 20 minutes away. Interior was clean, but old exterior had 4 x 4‘s across the windows. It took a while to get into the front door. We had to go through the back sliders, which were left unlocked as we’re the windows. We finally figured out how to use the code which was the wrong one they gave us in the beginning. Needless to say, I would not recommend this host nor your company on any future outings.

The WiFi and tv weren’t working, there was water leaking from the base of the toilet, overall house condition is old and felt shabby. No toiletries or paper towels. Screen door is ripped, minimal lock on back sliding door. Bed was comfortable.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. I arrived and the place was filthy the bathrooms were dirty and there was a horrible smell. There was clothes washing and no sheets in any of the beds. I had tried contacting the host multiple times and no response. I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

Over all an okay place to stay, reasonable price for the location. It could be improved in the future for sure. It stunk like sewer when we got there and upon further inspection it was the used toilet bubbling up in the shower. It also probably needed to have a nice cleaning before we came there was dead bugs around the house. The owner does respond in a timely manner so they do get points for that. Very disappointed in the smell and quality in the house. Along with there being a fuzzy spot on the walls possibly mold or mildew. The shower in the master bath needs a door or sturdier curtain it’s impossible to not get water on the floor with a blowing curtain. Along with the pull out couch room needs some updating as well.

Absolutely terrible. The house did not look like pictures!!!! Toilet leaked.... one of the bedrooms beds was a pull out couch from the 1970s.??? VRBO did fix this and we are suppose to be refunded our money.

Desperately needs updating

The location was fabulous and the layout of the place is great. Unfortunately the bathroom shower is in need of replacing, they have painted over it and its peeling and gross. The tiles on the kitchen floor have old worn off stickers? that just need to be removed. Makes the place look super dingy. New bathroom cabinets, showers, especially in master bathroom where there isn't any door, and scraping off the tile floors and it would be a great place to stay.

Stayed here for my wife's beithday and Mothers Day. The garbage can right next to the front door smelled so bad it made us gag. We had to message the manager to get the number for the lock box on the door, which he gave us fairly quickly. The living room was ok except for the wires going to the surround sound that was sitting on the floor. I asked for the password to the wifi, and got no response.The bathrooms had sewer flies all over and the towels had dark stains on them. The "gym" is rusty weghts and curling bar, a rusty dumbell and a weight bench, all of which are outside and uncovered The weight bench is directly in front of the grill which was rusted through and completely unusable.The beds were a bit uncomfortable but at least good enough to sleep in.The good point is the location, which is just a 10 minute drive to the beach.That's not emough to make us want to ever stay here again.Fix the place up and you could have a goldmine.
