Cozy attic apartment of 55 sqm, recently renovated , on the fourth and last floor of an elegant and stately building ( equipped with elevator up to the third floor ), located in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Intra ( with numerous stores, restaurants and supermarkets ) and the beautiful lakefront.

Perfect as a starting point for cruises on Lake Maggiore by taking advantage of the public boats of navigation or for walking or hiking by bicycle or motorcycle in the hilly area of Lake Maggiore. By car in just over an hour you can reach the summit of Mottarone with truly spectacular panoramic views , or the village of Macugnaga, a well-known mountain resort with views of the beautiful east face of Mount Rosa, the Formazza valley with its famous Toce waterfall. Nearby is the Val Grande National Park , Italy's largest wilderness area.
At 1.5 km of the accommodation are the famous gardens of Villa Taranto. 100 meters away are the municipal swimming pools and children's playground. Also by car in a short time you can reach other tourist resorts such as Arona, Stresa, Baveno, Cannero, Cannobio and nearby Switzerland with Locarno and Ascona.
