The hotel was OK. No housekeeping came to our room after the first night. After the second night, we requested shampoo and housekeeping. We receive the housekeeping, but no shampoo. We had two keys to our room which only one key worked the whole time even after we had a second key replaced.

Very dated room smells like smoke outside property is dirty has weeds etc. Pool area is old and not attractive. This place needs a cash infusion quickly to keep up with other newer buildings in this area. Just my opinion

Check in was very easy and the reception desk staff were very pleasant. Room wasn’t cleaned as there was food on the floor and a dirty toilet. We requested to move rooms and the staff apologized and set us up with another room.

This hotel is ok for the price paid. First room we were assigned had a strong cigarette smoke smell, so the staff gave us a different room. It was better but not used in a while because of the layer of dust on everything. Hallways not air conditioned, stained carpets and dog food spilled on the stairs. If you're going to allow dogs, why not keep them on first floor only and only assign people with dogs to those rooms?

I always feel that this hotel is underrated. I have stayed there a few times, and I've always had a great stay. The beds are sooo comfortable and the staff is always great. This property should be rated Wonderful.
