Last Minute Deal

Rented for 3 months, 55+ community lots of rules.. I felt a little unwelcome from the neighbors, they had issues with my using a bike space for my bicycle.. I ended up living with my bicycle in my unit. They also identify renters by utilizing mandatory color coded wrist bands. Owners have preference at recreational facilities. It was quite far from the beach. Very dark at night, no street lights ..Very noisy road rte 60 is a main road..All appliances were 40 years old including the TV..
