The staff was Amazing. I never had the hotel staff call my room and ask if everything was up to my expectations and If I needed anything. The room was so clean & refreshing. My friend locked my keys in the car & the morning maintenance man helped us get are keys in less than a minute. I've been to a lot of hotels 2star-5star this hotel was the best hotel experience I ever had. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The grounds and pool area looked like it was out of a magazine. Loved it. Highly recommended!!

Place is very nice. Quiet and clean. Only problem i had was being s short person (5'1) it was very difficult to get onto the bed. It was high. I adked for step stool but they ssid they didn't have any and the foot rest in sitting area was too high and had wheels.

Bed. Room was great, very large. The problem was the bed. Very uncomfortable. My wife and I hardly slept. The property was good, and the staff was helpful (Vicky at check in) Our whole stay started off bad when we could not open our room door. Did not have breakfast, just wanted to get home.

Gem in Port St. Lucie

Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Reasonable rates. The building’s outside is not conducive with the niceties of the rooms. Highly recommend.

Major Security Issues/Lack of Service

Had a 10 PM check-in due to travel, and the lobby was locked. Check-in process happens outside. ALL guests need to get their license copied. I have never heard of that before. When I asked the staff why, they said it was due to a recent incident at the hotel (turns out the incident was an actual MURDER that took place in July). Check-in was sketchy and not welcoming, having to do it outside through a hole in bulletproof glass. If you have a hotel, you can't lock out guests from the lobby - period. Good news - we all survived.
