The Erika's Home is located in the heart of the city in the historic centre of Verona, a short walk from the Arena and the pedestrian area.
The apartment is located inside an ancient and aristocratic residence characterize by a spacious entrance at the ground floor into the confortable living room that including a murphy bed, kitchen, dressing room and a bathroom.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor to the queen bedroom which includes dressing room, bathroom and a small balcony.
The style of Erika's Home is tidy and sober suitable for refined couples and families of four people; children and pets are welcome!
Close to the Erika's Home you will find convenient food shop, bars and tipical restaurants.

Appartement trÚs bien placé mais calme en plein centre ville. Propre et confortable. On se réveille avec le chant des oiseaux et plus tard la musique du conservatoire avoisinant. Un séjour trÚs agréable.

Au coeur de Verone

Nous avons découvert cette ville avec grand plaisir. Que de merveilles ! Appartement trÚs bien situé. Minuscule balcon mais il a le mérite d'exister. Nous avons manqué de chance. Des travaux bruyants avaient lieu dans l'immeuble voisin. Merci à Erika pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.

A Quiet and Cool Oasis in Verona

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aristocratic Residence. We were in Italy during a heat wave and the AC kept the whole unit, upstairs and downstairs, very cool which was such a relief. The bed was comfortable, having two bathrooms was great, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and having a washing machine was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

City break

Stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 teens age 17. The property is very close to the main arena in the Old Town. Location could not be any better. The apartment has everything you need, albeit a little dated, but it has charm. Bed pillows were very flat and only one each so no ability to adjust to suit your preference. The stairs to the bedroom are spiral, which may be tricky for the very young or frail. Water pressure was low in the showers and water did not filter well in the sinks. Didn't spoil the break though. Sofa bed was apparently very comfortable and it was really good to have 2 bathrooms. We would visit again and recommend for people who aren't too fussy about these minor things. Very good value for money!

Super zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gefĂŒhlt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Arena di Verona entfernt gelegen und befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Hinterhof. Wir waren als Familie zu Gast und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Einige Tage vor der Ankunft meldet sich die Gastgeberin mit Infomationen zur Anreise, dies ist alles sehr unkompliziert. Direkt ums Eck befindet sich eine kleine Pizzeria/CafĂ© mit sehr moderaten Preisen :-) Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

The apartment is quiet and comfortable. From the property it is easy to walk around the historic centre of Verona and if visiting the Arena it is only a short walk. There is also a good supermarket a few minutes walk away. The apartment is in a lovely building, was very secure, has a small, but pretty balcony and was clean with good air conditioning. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. When we discovered there was no corkscrew she quickly provided one! Check in and out communication was very good. A very pleasant and convenient place to stay in lovely Verona.

Lovely spot in the heart of the Old City of Verona

This clean and comfortable apartment offers everything you need as a home base while exploring the beautiful old city of Verona. Anyone with mobility issues could not manage the tight spiral staircase, but the main floor has a pull-out couch and bathroom. So, no need to scale the stairs. We enjoyed an aperitif on the little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Not a safe property for seniors, physically challenged, or obese guests

The property was very clean and well located. there is a/c upstairs for sleeping, and a foldable sleeper couch downstairs. The biggest problem is a narrow circular metal staircase that is difficult for a couple in their late seventies, and would also be problematic for an obese guest. We had to leave our suitcases on the ground floor; we could not safely carry them upstairs. The living area upstairs has a large armoire but few flat surfaces downstairs so we were unable to unpack in any kind of orderly way. The tile floors may be slippery. kitchen is fairly large for an Italian apartment, but only small amounts of basic cooking spices, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. no kitchen towels but plenty of paper towels.

Nette Wohnung ruhig gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu allen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Sauber und sicher. Wendeltreppe nach oben nicht geeignet fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen. Duschen recht klein aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Die Matratzen hĂ€tten einen Wechsel nötig. Kleine Notiz am Rande, es wĂ€re schön auch deutsche Sender im fernsehen zu schauen zumal es sogar Sender aus Teheran zu empfangen gibt.

Was fĂŒr eine zauberhafte Unterkunft! Die Gastgeberin Erika meldet sich ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft und erklĂ€rt einem das "Lock-System" um seine SchlĂŒssel in Empfang zu nehmen. alles funktionierte reibungslos. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ende des Hinterhofes und erstreckt sich ĂŒber 2 Etagen. Unten befindet sich eine große, voll ausgestatte KĂŒche, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer sehr bequemen Couch (die zur Schlafcouch ausgezogen werden kann) und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Eine Wendeltreppe fĂŒhrt nach oben ins Schlafzimmer, angrenzenden befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer, außerdem noch ein kleiner Balkon. Die Lage machte alles noch perfekter. GefĂŒhlt nach 2 Mal blinzeln ist man schon vor der Arena- spektakulĂ€r! Restaurants, Bars, CafĂ©s sind alle in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Erika war super erreichbar und hat sich um alles bemĂŒht. Selbst auf die Frage, wo ich frischen TrĂŒffel finden konnte, hatte sie mehrere VorschlĂ€ge parat. Leider verging die Woche viel zu schnell, aber da ich die Stadt Verona so sehr ins Herz geschlossen habe, werde ich immer wieder auf diese Wohnung zurĂŒckkommen, weil es einfach so perfekt war! Danke Erika!

Excellent apartment just 5 minutes from the Arena and a host of dining options. Good facilities in the apartment, very comfortable. Housed in a secure courtyard. Would definitly use again in preference to a hotel.

Lovely rental in the heart of Verona.

This charming property is clean, well maintained, and close to everything. The host is wonderful, prompt response time, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in close walking distance of historical land marks and great restaurants.

This location could not be more perfect. It was extremely close to everything you could possibly want to see in Verona. It’s in city center but somehow very quiet and peaceful at night. The check in process was easy and the host, very responsive. It was also spotless inside. 10/10 recommend.

Downtown Haven with Plenty of Space

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The instructions were excellent, the pamphlets were helpful (the Giusti Gardens and Guerrero Rizzardi Winery were both excellent recommendations), the location is unbeatable (within two blocks of the arena and on the only Old City road that is not part of the LTZ), and the premises was peaceful and quiet. The spiral staircase and small balcony were nice extras. Thank you once more!
